Your Advice Journey

From when you first contact us, here is the advice journey that we will take you through:


We offer all prospective clients an initial meeting, without charge or obligation, to see if we can work together and if our services would add value to you. At this meeting we will also discuss the cost and levels of our services both initially and throughout our relationship with you, should you wish to instruct us. We offer meetings in person, over the phone or via a secure web-conferencing facility, depending upon your preference, at a time and location convenient for you.


This is where we find out more about you and what you want to achieve. We will gather information about your existing financial arrangements and personal circumstances, gain an understanding of your investment knowledge, attitude and tolerance towards investment risk and, if necessary, help you to define your financial goals and lifestyle objectives. We will then analyse your current position and confirm if any existing plans or investments that you may have remain suitable for you.

Once we have completed our research, we will present your report to you containing our analysis and recommendations as to how you can achieve your financial and life goals. We will discuss the contents of your report with you to ensure that you fully understand the proposals contained within. It may be as simple as making a few changes to your existing arrangements or it may involve having to make some compromises to help you achieve your aims. Nonetheless, we will always be open, honest, and transparent in our dealings with you as well as providing additional support where required.


Once we have prepared and discussed your financial report with you, should you instruct us to proceed with implementing (any of) our recommendation(s) we will act for you in the following ways.

We will conduct any additional research and planning work required to implement our proposals; handle all fund and policy administration on your behalf; provide regular updates to keep you informed of progress; ensure all your documents are issued in line with your expectations; provide confirmation of all actions taken on your behalf in writing and ensure that you are set up with secure online access to your account(s), where applicable


After your plan has been written up and the immediate next steps have been taken to implement it, there is the question of how you would like our relationship to continue and the frequency of contact. Some clients prefer a minimal amount of interaction, while others require ongoing contact and support and access to our professional investment management services. We offer a choice of professional investment management solutions and ongoing advice services to suit different budgets and service needs.
